New library- new hours!
We will have new hours beginning in May with Sunday hours from 1-5 pm running through June 5.
New weekly hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.

Library update-
The Northfield Public Library will emerge from its construction
cocoon this Saturday, May 7th at 10 and
everyone is invited to the Grand Re-Opening ceremonies beginning at 10 AM with a
formal ribbon cutting. In the meantime the library at City Hall and the
210 Washington site are closed as we move the remaining materials and shelves
and to prepare the new space. The
bookdrop is not available during this time, and so please
keep your items until we open.

Saturday, April 30th is our last day at City Hall
We will be closed Monday, May 2nd thru Friday, May 6th at both library locations.
Due to circumstances beyond our control neither bookdrop will be available- please keep your items (although nothing is due the week we are closed) and bring then to the Library at 210 Washington anytime starting May 7th.
Please join us in a GRAND RE-OPENING CELEBRATION on Saturday, May 7th from 10 am until 5 pm. Ribbon cutting and speeches at 10 am! Rain or shine! Entertainment throughout the day thanks to the Friends & Foundation of the Library.
Plus the kids can come meet Mo Willems' "Elephant & Piggie"
